Shipping Overview
Once your order is placed, an order confirmation will be sent to you by email.
We dispatch orders placed within 8 to 10 business days from the date that we receive and confirm your order. Once your order has been processed you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note that the shipping delivery timeframes do not include order processing time, week-ends/holidays and any customs clearance delays that may arise. Please also note that these delivery times are only estimates and unfortunately cannot be guaranteed.
If you refuse a shipment from Carine Gilson, you remain responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes and/or customs fees, as well as the cost of returning the package to Carine Gilson. This amount will be deducted from your refund once the return has been fully processed, which can take up to 14 days.
All shipments will require a signature upon delivery. We do not ship to PO box.

Orders are shipped via the DHL Express Services. (1-6 working days) on a Delivery at Place (DAP) basis.
– For orders above 500 €: free except products on sale/archives
– For orders below 500 € and archives / sales product : 50 €

United States of America (USA) :
Orders are shipped via the DHL Express Services. (1-6 working days) on a Delivery Duty PAid (DDP) basis. We guarantee that you will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.
– For orders above 600 USD : free except products on sale/archives
– For orders below 600 USD and archives / sales product : 60 USD
International other than EU and USA :

Taxes & Duties

United States of America (USA) :
The displayed price includes all applicable customs duties and taxes. We guarantee that you will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.

International other than EU and USA: The displayed price is exclusive of taxes, so is the total amount of your basket.
Your order may be subject to import duties, sales taxes and VAT according to current regulations in the country of delivery.
These taxes and duties are paid by the receiver. Our shipping partners will contact you when your order arrives to arrange for the payment of the import fees to clear your item(s) for delivery.
We recommend that you contact your local customs authority to determine import taxes and costs prior to submitting your order.

Returns
You can return any product within a period of 14 days from the receipt of the order.
The return must be placed from the same geographic zone as that of the initial delivery address.
The item that you wish to return must be new and unused. We will accept the return of the product only if it is returned in its original perfect condition and that it has all the Carine Gilson labels intact and attached. Please note that any return received that does not meet our return policy requirements may be refused and sent back to you at your own expense.
To process a return, please send us an email at customerservice@carinegilson.com within 14 days of receiving the goods. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. Returns must be shipped back to the address indicated on your return authorization within 14 days.

Items marked as final sale, as clearly indicated at the time of purchase, as well as custom-made products, are not eligible for a return.
If a carrier other than DHL is appointed by the buyer to ship the return, the buyer agrees to bear all associated shipping costs.
Refunds may be deferred until the goods are received. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the initial transaction. No cash refunds will be made.
We do not process direct exchanges. To acquire a different size, color, or model, please initiate a return for the original item and contact customerservice@carinegilson.com.
Refund
European Union (EU)
We will issue a full refund for all payments received.
United States of America (USA) :
In the event of a return, $60 USD will be deducted from your refund for administrative fees incurred by customs clearance.
Please note that Original shipping charges are not refundable.
International other than EU :
Refunds include the cost of the items returned. Original shipping charges are not refundable. Return shipping fees vary depending on the country of delivery, will be communicated by our customer service team and deducted from your refund.
